Accounting Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, support financial planning, and provide timely financial information to management for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. Develop, review, and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures. Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses to support management decisions. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives. Monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Support management with ad hoc financial reporting and special projects as required.
