Production Team Leader

Responsibilities Maintaining safety, quality and production standards is a must Ability to lead a group of 20 or more personnel (Full time and temporary employees) Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operations Monitor team performance and reports Motivate team members Oversee, sustain, and develop operations in the training room Resolve any issues or conflicts Must be willing to work in a fast paced, dispatch driven environment Must adhere to company policies Must be able to adapt and adhere to company changes and needs Requirements and skills Must be willing to stay in the Lead position for a minimum of 3 years Must have experience building 80% of flow and flex panels Must be professional at all times Experience being a verifier Experience being an inspector Experience being a tester is a plus but not necessary Semi proficient PC skills, especially Outlook, MS Excel, and Word Excellent communication and leadership skills (English)(Bilingual is a plus) Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Ability to learn Syteline to assist in daily required tasks Benefits: Dental insurance Free parking Health insurance Work Location: In person
