Production Supervisor

Job description: In Charge of managing daily production, capacity planning and assembly line optimization. Oversee daily shopfloor activities and coordinate manpower allocation to meet production schedules and output targets. Support the Production Manager in managing production operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and minimal downtime. Address operational issues such as material shortages, bottlenecks, and equipment or staffing constraints. Monitor indirect material stock levels to ensure continuity of operations. Track production waste and initiate internal processes for disposition and corrective actions. Compile production data & track daily KPIs. Participate in safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies. In charge of leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules for the various operations supporting customer requirements. Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment by setting and driving 6S standard. Responsible for respective delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment. Involve in supporting and participating continues improvement initiatives on the line Conduct routine cell and tool box meetings with effectively. Responsible for maintaining a motivated and disciplined workforce and promote a positive working environment to improve employee morale. Coordinate with cross functional teams in resolution of any issue that may impact production/quality. Responsible in identifying opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste. Taking charge of managing proper and accurate updating of ERP system (Syteline).
