HR Business Partner, Apac

Inferact's mission is to grow vLLM as the world's AI inference engine and accelerate AI progress by making inference cheaper and faster. Founded by the creators and core maintainers of vLLM, we sit at the intersection of models and hardware. About the Role We're looking for an HR Business Partner, APAC to support Inferact's Singapore and broader APAC people operations as we scale a high-caliber AI infrastructure team. This person will partner with leadership, engineering, recruiting, and operations across hiring, onboarding, employee experience, office operations, performance management, leveling, and day-to-day HR needs. Requirements - 8+ years across HR, talent acquisition, HRBP, people operations, or regional HR management. - Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career development, leveling, and organizational planning. - Ability to support Singapore/APAC people operations, including local employee support, office coordination, policy implementation, and compliance workflows. - Strong communication skills across cultures, locations, and functional backgrounds. - Comfort in a startup role that may span HRBP, recruiting coordination, office management, logistics, and regional people operations.
