Job Summary As a Functional Business Analyst, you will analyze and define detailed functional specifications, design access control frameworks, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions to support digital channels and transaction banking. Responsibilities Analyze and elicit detailed business requirements to develop clear functional specifications aligned with business needs Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks to ensure appropriate user access based on responsibilities and organizational hierarchy Document “to-be” business and operational processes, perform impact assessments, and estimate resource needs based on agreed requirements Monitor and manage risks and issues related to requirements and scope creep to maintain project alignment Collaborate with design teams to ensure clear understanding and accurate transition of requirements Translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios to support quality assurance Facilitate “Train-the-Trainer” sessions on application enhancements to ensure effective knowledge transfer Maintain subject matter expertise by staying current on application features and business processes Clarify and classify test findings escalated by Test Manager as defects or change requests Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests to support decision-making Apply strong knowledge of financial services policies, procedures, products, and industry practices in analysis and solution design Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align on requirements Communicate and collaborate effectively within teams to support project goals Utilize strong working knowledge of relevant applications and software development life cycles to guide analysis and delivery Required competencies and certifications Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis At least 5 years of experience in Digital Channels and transaction banking Strong understanding of corporate channel entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks Proven expertise in corporate banking channels with entitlement management, user access controls, role-based permissions, and authorization frameworks Experience capturing, analyzing, and eliciting business requirements, including elaborating JIRA stories Experience with Agile product development methodology Preferred competencies and qualifications Detailed knowledge of payment systems and regulatory environments in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong Awareness of competitor features offered by banks such as DBS and Citibank Understanding of technology trends in digital banking and digital channel approaches Experience with API and SWIFT systems Other Information Please forward your resume in MS Word format to Careers@infogainglobal.com ---
