Role: System Analyst JobRequisition Number: IS- 92104 Job Level: >3-5 years ofrelevant experience (L2) Location: Singapore KeyResponsibilities: ▪ Work very closely with Business Users, BusinessAnalyst and project team members on solutioning during project initiation,implementation and post-implementation support. ▪ Participate in requirements gathering with BusinessUsers and Business Analyst. Suggest alternate solutions to meet or improve thedesired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions and influencethe desired outcomes. ▪ Work on / review solution design & effortestimates and prioritize projects & change requests ▪ Develop/Review functional specification based onBusiness Requirement document and map out into RTM (Requirement TraceabilityMatrix). ▪ Develop/Review Technical Design Specification toensure the design meets the Functional Requirement. ▪ Review SIT Test Plan, Test Design and Test Cases. ▪ Ensure all application documentations are maintainedand completed according to the UOB delivery methodology. ▪ Verify vendor code releases to ensure that they aredelivered as per functional and technical requirements. ▪ Review SIT Test Plan, Test Design and Test Cases. ▪ Support testing during SIT, UAT andpost-implementation phases. ▪ Post production cut-over monitoring and providesupport on issues and incidents raised. Ensure timely response and address ofall production incidents ▪ Provide on-going 3rd level Production Support. ▪ Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions toresolve application related issues. Workwith architect, development team on the technical solutions to addressproduction issues and maintain system stability. ▪ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relatedresults as needed. KeyRequirements: · More than 3 years of experience working in Bank asSystem Analyst with experience related to Retail/Consumer Banking, WealthManagement, customer management, Sales Incentives and/or Branch Bankingproducts. · Experienced in interface specification and datamapping. Able to detail out interface specification based on user requirements. · Experienced in Wealth Management, Oracle SQL and Javawill be a plus point · Well-developed analytical and problem solvingexperience and ability to grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions. · Good working knowledge of relevant applications anddevelopment life cycles. · Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. · Ability to orchestrate and facilitate requirementssessions, creating an environment for collaboration and communication. · Good negotiation skills. · Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Able to communicate in Bahasa.
