About this role

Objectives of this role: · Represent the company professionally and understand our products and solutions · Research customer needs and identify suitable solutions to address them · Support in building and maintaining a sales pipeline · Assist in achieving sales targets through planning and execution · Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge · Generate new leads and support client relationship building Salary Package: Basic salary + commission Responsibilities: · Support the execution of sales plans to grow customer base and market presence · Identify and reach out to potential clients and build relationships · Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction · Support senior team members in recruitment, training, and coordination of sales activities (if applicable) · Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvement · Participate in marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and client meetings · Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management review Required skills and qualifications: · Min 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field · Good understanding of the sales process (lead generation to closing) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Team player with willingness to learn and grow · Able to travel when required Preferred skills and qualifications: · Experience in B2B sales environment · Exposure to supply chain or enterprise software · Basic understanding of system integration or technical solutions · Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) · Exposure to warehouse automation or logistics industry is a plus · Comfortable with presenting or client engagement activities Application note: To give your application the best chance of success, please ensure your resume is up to date and clearly highlights your relevant experience, skills, and achievements.
