Who are we looking for: We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate the adoption of our Early Payment and Supply Chain Financing solutions across large corporations and their supplier ecosystems in Singapore. This role is ideal for a driven, strategic sales professional with a strong track record in financial solution selling, exceptional communication skills, and established networks within major enterprises — including family-owned conglomerates. You will lead full-cycle enterprise sales and orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement across client organisations. What you will be doing: Business Development & Sales Drive new business acquisition for Early Payment and Supply Chain Financing programs. Identify, develop, and close opportunities with large enterprises and their suppliers. Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, structuring proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Client Engagement Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite, treasury, procurement, and finance leaders. Engage decision-makers in family-owned conglomerates and major corporates to drive program adoption. Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate value, ROI, and strategic impact. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate across product, credit, risk, legal, and operations to deliver tailored enterprise solutions. Serve as the central point of contact to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation. Market Development Use industry insights and networks to build a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms. Provide market intelligence to influence product enhancements and strategic direction. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
