Process Engineer

Job Summary Lead and develop a process engineering team to optimize production efficiency and ensure compliance with customer and business requirements. Drive process improvements, manage change implementations, and support new product introductions and mass production activities. Responsibilities Lead a team of process AE/Technicians to execute process-related functions that enhance production efficiency and meet business goals Collaborate with internal departments to design and implement process operation flows aligned with customer and business requirements Maintain accurate production work instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP system updates, to ensure operational consistency Direct operation teams to execute Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and implementations, ensuring seamless production transitions Drive process efficiency improvements by tracking Units Per Hour (UPH) and facilitating Kaizen activities to achieve measurable productivity gains Update and manage the Engineering Change (EC) masterlist and tracking systems to maintain current and accurate documentation Prepare and revise Working Instructions to reflect process changes and improvements, ensuring clarity and usability Deliver training sessions on Working Instructions to production teams to ensure consistent adherence to updated processes Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes by coordinating process readiness and validation activities to enable smooth product launches Provide production support during mass production runs by resolving process issues promptly to maintain output quality Participate actively in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance of quality management standards to uphold compliance Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards throughout all process activities to meet ethical and regulatory requirements Required competencies and certifications Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, headquarters, factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors to drive process success Strong problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing process challenges to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple process initiatives Proficient project management skills to lead process initiatives and change implementations, ensuring timely delivery and impact Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in process documentation and execution, supporting operational excellence Compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards to ensure ethical and sustainable business practices Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760 Work Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
