We're seeking a Head Spa Therapist who is passionate about holistic wellness, client care, and sensory rituals. This role is perfect for someone who values technique, stillness, and transformation. THE JOB: Provide high-quality head spa treatments including scalp cleansing, massage therapy, steaming, and detox rituals. Conduct scalp consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and home care products. Educate clients on scalp and hair health, including product usage and lifestyle guidance. Prepare treatment areas and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Maintain detailed client records for return visits and personalized care. Collaborate with stylists and front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences. . WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Certification in massage scalp therapy, or beauty/wellness treatments (head spa experience a major plus). Strong hands-on massage technique and understanding of pressure points. Warm, intuitive, and professional client service skills. A calm, focused presence and a genuine interest in healing work. Basic knowledge of hair/scalp anatomy, product ingredients, and wellness trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. .
