Expert Ehs/ Trainer Lead

Expert EHS / Trainer Lead Job Description We are looking for an experienced Expert EHS / Trainer Lead to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and deliver safety training to employees. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across all project sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and EHS training programmes. Lead workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies. Monitor safety performance and prepare EHS reports. Advise project teams on safety requirements and best practices. Coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders on EHS matters. Mentor and coach employees on workplace safety and health. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant EHS and safety training experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and risk management. Possess relevant safety certifications (e.g. WSH Officer or equivalent is an advantage). Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Able to work independently and lead safety initiatives across multiple projects.
