Cad / BIM Designer

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD / BIM Designer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, BIM models, and supporting project coordination activities for construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and revise CAD drawings and BIM models based on project requirements. Coordinate drawings and models with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards. Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection activities. Update drawings and models according to site changes and design revisions. Support submission drawings and as-built documentation preparation. Maintain proper drawing records and documentation. Attend project coordination meetings when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting within the construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-related software. Basic knowledge of construction drawings and BIM coordination. Familiar with Singapore construction standards and regulations. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred Skills Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection. Strong attention to detail and technical skills. Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
