Senior Construction Supervisor / Elv / Pcs Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor / ELV / PCS Supervisor to oversee site operations, supervise construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and construction activities. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety requirements. Oversee the installation and testing of ELV and Process Control System (PCS) works. Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities. Requirements Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, ELV, or PCS projects. Good knowledge of construction practices, ELV systems, and site coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage site teams effectively. Familiarity with Singapore construction and WSH regulations is an advantage.
