Senior Cad BIM Designer

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior CAD / BIM Designer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BIM models, technical drawings, and coordinating design information for construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop detailed CAD drawings and BIM models for construction projects. Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams. Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements and company standards. Review and update drawings based on site conditions and design changes. Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant parties. Support project teams in submission drawings and as-built documentation. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting within the construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software. Strong knowledge of construction drawings and BIM coordination. Familiar with Singapore construction standards and regulations. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Good teamwork and time management abilities.
