Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, development, and delivery of enterprise banking and treasury applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives. Drive large-scale application modernization, product enhancement, and technology transformation programs across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), with a focus on liquidity management, cash management, and transaction banking solutions. Manage cross-functional teams comprising application developers, business analysts, vendors, and technology partners, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects and product roadmaps. Oversee application governance, architecture reviews, risk management, and operational controls to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and global teams to define technology strategies, prioritize initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Champion Agile delivery practices, change management, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving application lifecycle management, production stability, and long-term technology growth across the organization.
