IT Engineer

Work Location: Paya Lebar office Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and assist with day-to-day technical operations. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in systems, networks, and user support. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues) Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals Assist in setting up and maintaining networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues Support software installations, updates, and patches Maintain IT documentation and inventory records Assist senior IT staff with projects and system upgrades Follow IT security policies and report potential risks Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addresses, routers, switches) Knowledge in software applications and troubleshooting Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new technologies
