Pool Party Facilitator (Part-Time / Freelance)

About the Role We are looking for energetic, creative and confident individuals to facilitate and host children's pool parties at our centre. If you enjoy engaging children, leading games and creating memorable experiences while ensuring a safe environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Host and facilitate children's pool parties at our indoor heated pool facility Lead fun, interactive and age-appropriate water games and activities Create an energetic, welcoming and engaging atmosphere for children and families Plan and adapt activities according to the age and interests of party guests Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during pool activities Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure parties run smoothly Set up and pack down party props, equipment and activity materials Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the pool and party areas Support with simple party coordination and guest engagement Requirements Passionate about working with children and families Energetic, outgoing, fun and creative personality Confident leading and engaging groups of children Comfortable working in the water and able to swim confidently (mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Available to work mainly on weekends Prior experience in children's enrichment, camps, events, swimming instruction or party hosting will be advantageous Lifeguard certification or aquatic safety background is highly advantageous First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves creating joyful and memorable experiences for children Can confidently host and lead activities independently Is creative and able to think on your feet Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every party Employment Type Part-Time / Freelance Location 📍 Inspire Mum & Baby – Indoor Heated Pool Facility, Singapore Benefits Flexible weekend work Training and support provided Fun and supportive working environment Opportunity to work with babies, children and families Staff discounts on selected programmes and services
