Part Time Swim Coach

Inspire Mum & Baby is looking for a passionate and nurturing Part-Time Swim Coach to join our all-women coaching team. If you enjoy working with babies and young children, and believe in gentle, child-led teaching — we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct baby, toddler, and children swim classes in a heated indoor pool Guide parents on water confidence, bonding, and safe handling techniques Deliver lessons using a gentle, non-force, child-led approach Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for both children and parents Support basic pool operations and class flow when required Who We’re Looking For Confident and comfortable working with babies and young children Warm, patient, and able to communicate well with parents Reliable and responsible with a positive attitude Able to commit to weekend shifts (essential) and at least 1–2 weekdays Prior swim coaching experience is a bonus (training can be provided) Why Join Us Work in a premium indoor heated pool environment Be part of a supportive, experienced, all-women team Opportunity to be trained in baby & preschool swimming (STA certification) Grow into senior coaching or specialised roles Meaningful work — supporting mums and babies from early stages Working Hours Flexible part-time schedule Weekends required (key teaching days) Additional weekday classes available
