Professional Development Specialist

ISCA Academy is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Professional Development Specialist to support the growing range of programme initiatives within the academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting programme and course administration, managing partnerships and collaborations, coordinating outreach activities, and handling documentation and processing to ensure the smooth delivery of all academic programmes. Job Description 1. Strategic & Innovation Support Support horizon scanning through research and analysis of industry trends and training needs. Assist in feasibility studies and pilot programmes, coordinating implementation and evaluation. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and support rollout execution. 2. Programme Delivery & Administration Manage end-to-end course operations including scheduling, enrolment tracking, and trainer coordination. Execute training logistics (attendance tracking for funded courses, materials dissemination, Zoom hosting, classroom setup, catering). Ensure smooth and timely delivery of programmes through strong planning and coordination. 3. Client Service Excellence Independently manage walk-in and remote enquiries (email, WhatsApp, phone). Provide accurate, timely support to learners and stakeholders. Uphold a high standard of service experience across all touchpoints. 4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with internal teams (Events, Facilities, Sales & Marketing, Finance) for seamless execution. Maintain strong communication and alignment with trainers, learners, and partners. Support stakeholder engagement and ensure programme objectives meet evolving needs. 5. Agile Execution & Operational Management Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure speed-to-market. Anticipate bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
