Regional Technical Service Engineer (Medical Device | Up To 6K)

Our client is a international MNC in the Healthcare industry, and a leader within their therapeutic area. Partnering closely with them, we are recruiting for a Regional Technical Service Engineer to managing all servicing, customer service-related issues and 3rd party vendors for their suite of medical device equipment. Responsibilities Attends to Customer’s technical service issues via phone and personal visit Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers Manage, follow and execute service and troubleshooting SOPs Prepares Service/Meeting Reports and action lists for all reviews and audits Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement, and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers. Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines Requirements Minimum 5 years Customer service experience & technical troubleshooting experience in the medical device industry APAC regional support experience required QA experience is an added advantage Experience in team management is an added advantage For more information, please apply with your updated CV in Word document.
