About this role

Partnering with with a leading global biopharmaceutical company, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, regional Medical Affairs environment. You will work closely with the APAC Medical team, supporting regional initiatives across multiple markets, gaining real exposure to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry at a strategic level. Responsibilities Support project management activities: track action items, timelines, and deliverables across regional priorities Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions Assist in developing and executing internal medical communications and engagement initiatives (newsletters, townhall preparation, Viva Engage posts) Research industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to support strategic discussions Help maintain and organize team documentation, SharePoint content, and shared resources Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to ongoing APAC Medical projects and programs Requirements Available full-time between July 2026 to October 2026; some flexibility can be discussed Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn quickly Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Good communicator—written and verbal—comfortable working in a multicultural, regional team Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment Passion for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical innovation is a plus If you are curious, proactive, and eager to make an impact—this role is for you.
