Senior Executive (Projects & Facilities Management)

Learn more about us: https://interlocalcentre.com Responsibilities Coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress. Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works. Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, and other M&E systems. Supervise contractors and vendors, evaluate quotations, and verify completed works. Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and WSH requirements. Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues, fit-out works, and service requests. Maintain project documentation, maintenance records, budgets, and operational reports. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines. 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or project coordination. Knowledge of building services and M&E systems. Strong project coordination, contractor management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to manage multiple priorities independently. This role is to be based in Pasir Panjang. 5.5 day work week, with alternate half day on Saturdays.
