MISSION The specialised teacher coordinates inclusive education at the secondary level. As a key contributor to the school’s inclusion strategy, he/she ensures alignment between pedagogical, administrative, and human dimensions to guarantee the success of students with special educational needs. He/she develops specialised support practices closely tailored to each student’s needs and difficulties. Through careful observation, attentive listening, and teamwork with teaching and educational staff, the role focuses on understanding, supporting, and guiding each student.
