Supervise Sub-contractors and nominated subcontractors' progress and quality of work. 4. Make regular site inspections to identify nonconformances. 5. Communicate and co-ordinate between the site staff and sub-contractors. 6. Prepare and keep day work records. 7. Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.
