Chartering Consultant

Job Description Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, charterers, and brokers. Source and negotiate chartering opportunities for dry bulk and/or tanker vessels. Conduct freight market research and provide market intelligence to clients. Negotiate charter party terms and conclude fixture negotiations. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of fixtures. Prepare fixture recap, contracts, and related documentation. Monitor vessel positions and market developments. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client network. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shipbroking or chartering. Good knowledge of the dry bulk/tanker shipping market. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good commercial awareness and relationship management skills. Proficient in English.
