R&D Assistant (Food Science/ Food Technology)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a R&D Assistant to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: R&D Assistant Location: North, Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Salary Package: Up to $2,900 + AWS + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Support R&D initiatives in product formulation, development, and application. Develop new product variations and innovative application techniques for promotional projects. Conduct quality assessments on finished products and materials, including sensory and visual inspections. Analyze and compare current and alternative ingredients for optimization. Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure operational efficiency in the R&D workspace. Assist in maintaining compliance systems (e.g., safety standards, documentation). Prepare daily activity summaries and progress reports. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or ITE in Culinary, Food Science, Food Technology or any other related field At least 1 year of related working experience would be preferred.
