Drafter (MEP/ Architectural/ Structural)

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Drafter to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Drafter (MEP/ Architectural/ Structural) Location: Central Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus Job Responsibilities: Translate handsketches, mark-ups, and process/mechanical designs into CAD systems. Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinate the integration of engineering and M&E plans. Review all drawings for technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company/ project quality standards. Maintain systematic filing, update revision history, and archive all project drawing files. Prepare engineering documentation and drawing submittals for clients and stakeholders. Participate in project meetings, provide timely technical support to the engineering team, and contribute to drafting methodologies and workflows. Job Requirements: Minimum a Diploma in Civil Engineering or its related discipline. At least 1 year of related experience as a 2D CAD drafter. A background in building, construction, structural, architectural, or MEP systems is highly preferred. Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD software and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit software for MEP system design is an added advantage. Ready to apply?
