Candidate Profile 5–7 years of experience in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar roles. Experience working in an MNC, consulting firm, financial services organisation, or global matrix environment. Strong project coordination and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI productivity tools. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced regional environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional strategic initiatives and projects across Asia. Maintain project plans, trackers, milestones, and governance documentation to ensure the timely delivery of key priorities. Coordinate leadership meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, action logs, and follow-up activities. Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively drive resolution with relevant stakeholders. Act as a key point of coordination across regional, country, and functional teams. Support business operations, transformation initiatives, off-sites, and other strategic activities as required. Drive continuous improvement by introducing structure, consistency, and efficiencies into recurring processes and reporting.
