Underwriting Analyst (International Programs)

Our client, a leading global insurance organization, is seeking an Underwriting Analyst to join its International Programs Operations team in Singapore. Candidate Profile: Strong experience managing International Insurance Programs, including captive and complex multinational structures. Demonstrated expertise in global program servicing, implementation, and administration. Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of accounts and multiple stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of international insurance operations, governance, and compliance requirements. Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior team members. Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-facing skills. Ability to identify operational risks and implement practical solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and service-level commitments. Degree or Diploma in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional insurance qualifications preferred Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and administration of multinational insurance programs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, brokers, clients, and network partners to ensure timely processing of program-related activities. Prepare and review documentation, policy records, and processing instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor program activities and assist in resolving operational, accounting, and servicing queries. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems. Support policy issuance, premium processing, and program maintenance activities. Assist in identifying operational risks and escalating issues where appropriate. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
