Job Description & Requirements 1. Operations Management strategy & marketing oversight Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Overseas operations across production, logistics and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform and prepare strategic decisions. 2. Leadership Show leadership, inspire and communicate. Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance. Responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a team of employees to ensure high performance, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. Coach team members and support professional development. Build cross-functional collaboration between departments/teams. 3. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic initiatives. Act as the voice of the region within global leadership discussions. Represent operations in board meetings and external reviews. 4. Budgeting & ResourceAllocation Manage annual operational budgets Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.. 5. Execution Monitor contract performance and client satisfaction, intervening when necessary. Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives during project lifecycles. Drive margin improvement through commercial optimization and risk mitigation.
