Job Summary • Supports the delivery of strategic initiatives across GCIOO by providing structured analysis, coordination and programme support to help progress structural simplification, workforce optimisation and sustainable productivity improvement. • Contributes to operating model work by translating organisation principles into data-driven analysis, structured options and supporting insights on organisation design, capability placement and workforce transformation, including AI adoption and Human-Digital collaboration. • Supports people-centric change by helping implement and embed organisation design outcomes through effective engagement, data-backed insights, structured delivery and disciplined follow-through. • Through analytics, stakeholder collaboration and programme support, the role helps ensure transformation activity is well structured, clearly tracked and aligned to business priorities, colleague experience and a scalable, fit-for-purpose organisation. Key Responsibilities The role supports GCIOO office in enabling the successful execution of strategic priorities, cost and productivity, and operating model priorities across GCIOO. It provides structured delivery, analysis, coordination and governance support to help translate strategy into practical plans, decision-ready insights and disciplined follow-through against shared objectives. • Data Analysis & Insights • Build and maintain fact-based workforce, cost and productivity baselines to support analysis and informed decision-making. • Analyse data to identify trends, variances and structural inefficiencies, supporting the development of potential remediation options across cost, FTE, demand, productivity and automation levers. • Support the use of benchmarks, internal comparisons and root cause analysis to identify areas for further review and consideration. • Develop dashboards, trackers and supporting materials to translate workforce, cost and productivity data into clear and structured insights for leadership discussions. • Prepare analysis, evidence and supporting materials to contribute to the review of business proposals, organisation asks and new demand. • Support the translation of design and simplification principles into structured analysis and options that help simplify organisational structures, improve capability placement and enable AI-supported workforce transformation. • Support capability mapping, role clarity, accountability mapping and hand-off analysis to contribute to operating model design discussions. • Ensure analysis and outputs are fact-based, structured and clearly supported by data. • Uphold high standards of integrity, accountability and transparency in all activities. • Governance & Delivery • Coordinate inputs across CIO, Finance, HR, Transformation and domain stakeholders, supporting alignment through preparation of materials and follow-through on actions. • Support governance forums by preparing analysis, documentation, decision logs and follow-up actions, ensuring outputs are clear and well tracked. • Support governance activities by preparing packs, documenting decisions and maintaining supporting rationale to ensure outputs are structured and audit-ready. • Track agreed actions, benefits, risks and decisions to support validation of cost savings, FTE movement, productivity gains and overall delivery progress. • Maintain standard delivery processes, templates and traceability across analysis, design, decision and benefits tracking activities. • Identify and document risks relating to design, execution, data and governance, escalating where appropriate. • Capability & Ways of Working • Support the development of transformation materials and toolkits that reinforce simplification, productivity and sustainable ways of working. • Contribute to capability uplift through clear communication, structured ways of working and effective stakeholder engagement.
