Requirements Minimum age: 16 years old Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only No academic qualifications required – comprehensive training provided Friendly with good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work weekends and public holidays Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn Passion for watersports is a bonus, but not required Roles & Responsibilities Operate and monitor the cable ski system safely and efficiently Brief riders on safety rules and park procedures Assist riders with starts, falls, and general enquiries Monitor rider behaviour and ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness of the operating area Assist with the issuance and collection of rental equipment (helmets, life vests, boards, etc.) Help maintain rental equipment in good condition Support daily opening and closing procedures Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day park operations Benefits Complimentary riding privileges Staff meals provided Monthly punctuality incentive Medical and dental benefits On-the-job training and career development opportunities Fun, active, and supportive working environment
