About this role

Job Description In charge of front desk admin and parent/student liaison duties, including, but not limited to, resolving complaints as the first point of contact and providing solutions to ensure that their needs are met Payment collection Handling of all new enquiries related to the value of the product or offer (includes the duration of the session and frequencies of the sessions) Management of centre operations, resources and logistics (ensuring all classrooms are always ready before class, all office supplies and materials are well stocked, liaison with various external vendors for supplies or other logistical needs and liaison with parents to arrange for appointments of for scheduling purposes) Processing student registrations and payments, as well as maintaining the student database Sending memos to parents In charge of proper and organised filing, documentation and archiving of forms as well as managing other necessary administrative paperwork Ensuring the tidiness, orderliness and neatness of the centre according to inventory lists Generating and updating daily, weekly, monthly reports for the management Assisting coaches wherever needed Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Responsible for the successful running of the premises Accountable to everyone in all forms of communication in a prompt and timely manner Ensuring all processes are done accordingly to the company values and practices Excellence in communicating messages and ensuring positivity in all communication with everyone Prompt in informing the direct supervisor of all the achievements and challenges faced, and how the challenges are overcome Must be well-versed in English and at least one other language Must do work with pride and expect excellence in own work Must have knowledge in usage of Powerpoint/Excel for reports Must have knowledge in setting up video-conferencing using Zoom/Microsoft Teams and troubleshoot audio or video challenges Must be highly organised and have a habit of documenting everything Must be flexible and highly adaptable to new or sudden situations Independent and service-oriented Preferable to have prior experience in a customer service/administrative role What you can expect from us: A warm, bright and positive working environment!
