Product Specialist / Manager

SUMMARY Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, develop new market opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers and vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve defined sales targets and expand market presence Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product and service market reach Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with vendors and customers to support sustained business growth Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with strategic objectives REQUIREMENTS Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Biological Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of related sales experience Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
