Project Manager

Responsibilities Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects. Managing daily planning for project sites. Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available. Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Prepare work schedules and allocate resources, as well as supervise junior engineers, workers, and contractors. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawing and other). Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to. Prepare site reports, project meeting minute and other paperwork. Document processes and present project progress updates to the Project Manager. Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field M&E services & AutoCAD knowledge At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Experience in Data Centre, good financial and budget control will be an advantage Project management and supervision skills Competent in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project Team player with good interpersonal skills Good planning and coordinating skills Resourceful, supportive, problem-solving, committed
