They produce and supply pastries, breads, and confections to retail, corporate, and wholesale customers. Job Summary Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating sales activities to meet revenue targets in the F&B sector. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, wholesale, and partnership channels to expand market reach Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, cafes, restaurants, and retailers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction Prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to effectively communicate value to prospective clients Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by managing sales activities and pipeline efficiently Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and identify potential growth areas for strategic planning Represent the company professionally at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure and after-sales follow-up to maximize sales conversion Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM or tracking tools for effective sales management Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to support business decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in F&B, FMCG, or food manufacturing sectors Comfortable with travel to client sites within Singapore
