We specialize in rigging, moving, and reinstalling heavy equipment, delivering tailored solutions for new machine delivery or complete plant relocation. Job Summary Support project management by coordinating site preparation, stakeholder communication, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery of machinery installation and mechanical & electrical works. Responsibilities Report project status and updates to the Project Manager and collaborate with all project team members Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements Prepare and coordinate site preparation activities and submission documents for project approvals Develop detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource plans to optimize project execution Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design tasks to support project needs Identify technical issues proactively and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress Coordinate and enforce safety management systems on site to ensure compliance with safety standards Supervise site coordination and installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to ensure quality deliverables Monitor and report project progress regularly to stakeholders Apply knowledge of Singapore standards and Codes of Practice relevant to project execution Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or site supervision
