HR Generalist (5 Days | AWS | Vb)

Job Summary As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure across multiple HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic environment and is keen to develop further in HR. Working Location: Kallang, Singapore Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Flexible Working Timing) 8.00am – 5.00pm 8.30am – 5.30pm 9.00am – 6.00pm Job Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding) Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs Handle employee benefits administration (insurance, medical, renewals) Manage work pass applications and liaise with MOM Prepare monthly manpower and HR reports Maintain HR database with strong data accuracy Support general administration and cross-functional tasks Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and duties Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment ✨ Candidates with solid HR fundamentals and a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply. 📩 Interested?
