Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM Working Location: Central Singapore The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Officer to join the Administration Department. This is a replacement position due to retirement, with a structured handover period provided by the incumbent. The successful candidate will be exposed to the full spectrum of HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and support. The position will be offered at either the Executive or Officer level depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding processes. Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary payment, CPF submissions, and bank transfers. Prepare and submit annual IR8A filings and other statutory requirements. Process government claims such as NS Make-Up Pay and Government-Paid Leave schemes. Administer Employment Pass (EP) and Dependant Pass (DP) applications, renewals, and cancellations. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Administer employee benefits, including insurance, medical claims, health screenings, and wellness programmes. Act as the point of contact for employee enquiries relating to HR policies, payroll, compensation, and benefits. Support company events, training programmes, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency. Provide HR support for local employees where required. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience. Experience in payroll administration and HR operations in Singapore. Good understanding of CPF contributions, statutory submissions, and local employment practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HRIS systems; exposure to UNIT4 and SAP will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn. IHRP-CP or IHRP-CA certification will be an added advantage. Candidates with prior experience working in a corporate environment will have a distinct advantage. 📩 Interested?
