Immediate - Accounts Executive, Ar (7-Month Contract)

About the role We are partnering with a well-established organization in Singapore to support its finance team. The organization is involved in managing a range of operational, project-based, and strategic initiatives, while working closely with diverse stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end billing operations, including customer master data maintenance, invoice generation, and credit note processing within SAP. Ensure billing accuracy and compliance by maintaining complete supporting documentation and resolving billing-related queries or discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, support collection activities, and manage shared AR communications to ensure timely account reconciliation. Prepare regular financial and management reports, while providing administrative and operational support for ad hoc projects and assignments as required Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in AR is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
