About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organised Programme Coordinator to support the Education Department at Singapore Botanic Gardens , a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will play a key role in coordinating educational programmes from enquiry and registration through to on-site delivery and post-programme administration. Working with schools, families, and community groups, you will help create engaging and memorable learning experiences while ensuring programmes are delivered smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Programme Coordination Manage enquiries and registrations for educational programmes through phone, email, and online platforms. Coordinate programme bookings, participant registrations, and scheduling. Communicate with participants before, during, and after programmes to ensure a positive experience. Process programme changes, cancellations, and administrative requests in accordance with company procedures. Maintain accurate booking records and programme documentation. Coordinate post-programme communications and participant feedback. Programme Operations Welcome and assist participants throughout their visit. Prepare programme venues, learning materials, and equipment before each session. Support facilitators during programme delivery and ensure activities run smoothly. Conduct participant registration and attendance verification. Assist with venue setup, housekeeping, and post-programme reinstatement. Monitor programme venues and report maintenance issues or operational concerns promptly. Administration & Stakeholder Coordination Prepare operational and administrative reports. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to support programme delivery. Maintain programme records, inventories, and educational resources. Handle participant enquiries and feedback professionally. Support continuous improvements to programme operations and participant experience. Requirements Diploma in Business, Events Management, Hospitality, Education, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in programme coordination, customer service, events, hospitality, education, or a related field. Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable coordinating programmes involving school groups, families, and members of the public. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays when operationally required.
