Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee on-site event logistics—from setup, menu presentation, dish labelling, and timely food replenishment to tear-down and quality assurance. Schedule daily deliveries, manage inventory and equipment, and handle logistics issues (including acting as a backup driver). Lead, motivate, and roster the operations team while conducting daily briefings, coaching staff on service standards, and ensuring hygiene compliance. Engage directly with guests to handle dietary or allergen inquiries, maintain high service quality, and address complaints or issues promptly. Support operations, manage vehicle/equipment maintenance, assist with special projects, and perform additional duties assigned by management. Requirements Background as a Catering Supervisor capable of handling fast-paced, high-volume environments. Possession of a Class 3 or Class 4 driving license to manage delivery logistics and serve as a backup driver. Spoken and written fluency in English to coordinate event requirements and communicate accurate orders with kitchen staff and chefs. Excellent personal presentation with a confident, outgoing personality and strong guest-facing engagement skills. Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and lead teams effectively during high-intensity events.
