Seafood & BBQ Chef About the Role We are looking for an experienced Seafood & BBQ Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for mastering our signature chilli crab and BBQ preparations, maintaining product quality in line with our SOPs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a solid grounding in Chinese cuisine and a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Master chilli crab products and adhere to SOPs on product quality Master BBQ products and adhere to SOPs on product quality Differentiate and select crabs of different origins and species, and accurately assess crab weight Prepare all specified ingredients and sauces before the start of operations Pre-heat oven ahead of service Check the quality and expiry dates of sauces Manage ordering and inventory for the department Label names and dates on food before storage Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the department and tools Ensure compliance with all 5S and HACCP requirements Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by superior Requirements 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine Basic food hygiene knowledge Good physical condition and endurance
