Iqc Technician

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented IQC Technician to support incoming quality inspection and logistics operations within our R&D and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, managing warehouse transactions, and ensuring components are accurately received, stored, and issued to support engineering, prototype, and production activities. Responsibilities Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Perform incoming quality inspections on fabricated parts and purchased materials in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and established inspection procedures. Record inspection results accurately and maintain complete inspection documentation. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials to the Team Lead, Engineer, or Manager for further action. Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated according to the required schedule. Logistics & Warehouse Operations Receive incoming deliveries and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Perform goods receipt and inventory transactions using SAP. Pick, pack, and issue materials to support R&D activities, engineering builds, and production requirements. Coordinate shipments of parts, modules, and equipment. Maintain inventory accuracy through timely stock transfers, material movements, and return transactions. Organise and store materials in designated warehouse locations with proper labelling and identification. Support inventory cycle counts and periodic stock audits. Safety & Continuous Improvement Comply with company policies, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, and 5S practices. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance receiving, inspection, warehousing, and material flow processes. Assist during internal and external audits as required. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or incoming quality inspection. Experience within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or R&D environment is preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in material management and quality-related transactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to read and interpret basic engineering drawings. Familiar with dimensional inspection tools, measuring instruments, and basic inspection techniques. Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
