About the Role We are seeking a proactive and technically capable Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site. Working closely with the Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager, you will ensure that works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules. Responsibilities Review project specifications, construction drawings, and technical requirements to ensure site works are executed in compliance with approved standards and quality requirements. Assist the Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager in coordinating and supervising daily site operations. Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve site-related issues. Support project planning, site documentation, and construction activities to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor site progress, coordinate manpower deployment, and oversee material planning and procurement to maintain project schedules. Attend site coordination meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions as required. Ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety regulations, project procedures, and statutory requirements. Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures to maintain construction quality and workmanship standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline. Prior experience in the construction industry with relevant site supervision or project coordination exposure. Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) will be an added advantage. Good understanding of construction methodologies, site supervision practices, and project coordination. Able to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents accurately. Familiar with construction site safety regulations and statutory requirements. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
