Job Summary You will manage customer enquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to address requests, follow up on defects and maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to communicate customer requests and provide timely updates Track and follow up on defects rectification, maintenance issues, and service requests to ensure resolution Prepare and maintain detailed customer service records, reports, and documentation for project tracking Schedule appointments, inspections, and handover arrangements with customers to facilitate smooth project progress Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality Provide regular project progress updates to customers as required to keep them informed Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support ongoing collaboration Support project handover and after-sales service activities to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards throughout the project lifecycle Assist with administrative duties related to customer service operations to support team efficiency Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall project and customer service functions
