We are now seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing leadership team across key functions. We are looking for a strategic Group Director, End-to-End Supply Chain to strengthen CWAY’s supply chain operations from procurement to delivery across international markets. Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations. Build global supplier networks and ensure cost-efficient sourcing. Implement digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency. Align production, demand, and supply for optimal delivery. Lead a multicultural supply chain team to achieve operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant disciplines. Minimum 10 years’ supply chain experience in manufacturing, with 5+ in leadership. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
