Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to support the Company's legal and corporate matters, particularly in corporate, commercial, and cross-border business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters. Leading legal due diligence exercises for corporate transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documentation. Advising on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and governance matters. Working closely with internal business teams and external legal advisors on local and cross-border legal matters. Identifying legal risks and providing practical commercial solutions. Monitoring relevant regulatory developments and ensuring ongoing compliance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or above. A Master's degree in Law is preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, commercial law, regulatory compliance, or corporate advisory. Experience gained from reputable law firms or multinational corporations. Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex commercial contracts and legal documentation. Familiarity with corporate legal matters and cross-border business operations. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
