Accounts Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: Managing and handle full set of accounts including but not limited to Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation. Perform timely month-end financial statements and consolidation reports Involve budgeting/forecasting and cash flow management supporting all subsidiaries overseas Laise with external auditors and tax agents in year end audit Able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management JOB REQUIREMENT: Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent Minimum 2 years experience Understanding of Accounting Principles Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and time management Proficient in Microsoft Office Program and Accounting Software Self-motivated and able to able to work independently
