Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable & Billing)

Key Responsibilities Monitor daily receipt allocation and payment reconciliations. Follow up on outstanding receivables with clients and insurers. Respond to payment and billing enquiries from internal stakeholders. Review commission reports and ensure timely, accurate commission billing. Ensure correct GST treatment for commission invoices. Investigate and resolve commission and billing discrepancies. Monitor outstanding commission payments and liaise with insurers. Prepare intercompany and related-party billings. Process client refunds, commission transfers, and perform client money and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and support statutory audits and year-end closing. Manage finance mailbox enquiries related to accounts receivable and commissions. Support finance process improvements and other ad-hoc projects. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance. Insurance or insurance broking experience is an advantage. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and Singapore GST is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
